- The West Recreation Center, now part of the Jesse Owens Recreation Center, is Herrick Archives Number 349. It is located at 1031 Carmack Road. The plans and related documents were prepared by Senborn, Steketee, Otis and Evans, Inc., and the general contractor was Payt Construction Co. The first use of the building was on June 22, 1976.
