- This was a student project by Tong Lin and Liyin Zhang for Jesse Hartman, Parker Sutton, and Halina Steiner's LARCH 3940 course in Autumn 2018. Our design reimages what an urban Cuyahoga river edge could provide to humans and to aquatic life. By eliminating the bulkhead and introducing a chain of islands, a variety of spaces invite exploration, contemplation and retreat, while being in close proximity to downtown Cleveland.
