- Description
- This project sought to explore the way in which ideas in the field of city and regional planning are communicated to audiences which may not be familiar with the discipline. Indianola Park and the surrounding buildings in Columbus, Ohio were chosen for their particular arrangement and relationship with one another. The four perspectives given on the location aimed to show the relationship between the build environment and natural features. The park provides a much needed greenspace for the neighborhood and the greenery extends beyond the park into the streets and private spaces of the adjacent buildings. Particularly, One Pearl Place integrates the natural environment via tree-lined streets and green courtyards which resemble Indianola Park in appearance and purpose.~root~>
