Description
"Pollinators in Flight" transforms the federally-owned land surrounding the Wright Patterson Air Force Museum into a vibrant pollinator habitat, with a campground, activity area, and educational space. Designed for museum visitors, campers, and pollinators, the site features tent and RV sites with shared amenities. Pollinator modules, or "pollinator pockets," are incorporated throughout the site on upcycled wood pallets, promoting biodiversity and ecological awareness. Thoughtful pathways and signage connect these spaces, creating an environment that balances recreation, education, and habitat restoration.
