Description
We created a physical model to test the interaction of our assigned (abstract) terrain’s prevailing weather condition, rain, with the materials that comprise the terrain model (i.e. cardboard and wooden boxes). Through a rigorous testing process we explored how the disintegrated cardboard could be combined with coffee grounds to achieve the design goals of variation. The final project is a hybrid composition that presents summary findings from the testing process using detailed videos, photographs, notes, and observations.
