1662/68 Neil Avenue (shown here) is Herrick Archives building number 908. This building was largely used as rental property to produce income, but University Housing, University Hospital, Medical Microbiology, and Preventive Medicine made short-term use of upstairs apartments and first floor rooms were leased for retail purposes. As of 1985, the building was listed as 1664-68 Neil Avenue.
