- 3025 West Granville Road is shown here as Herrick Archives number 949. This building was not officially named by the Board of Trustees. In addition to the house the property included the barns and two smaller outbuildings. These buildings were on the property when acquired by the university. Title to the property was transferred to the Board of Trustees by warranty deed executed September 1, 1972 by Herschel D. and Beryl L. Mitchell. The barn southwest of the house was demolished in May, 1975. The remaining buildings at this location were demolished during the first week of September, 1977.
