This building housed offices for various university agencies, including Music, Bureau of Educational Research and Service, and Geography. The title to this property was conveyed to the university by warranty deed executed by Joseph F. and Marjorie J. Blair. Records in Property Management indicate that the deed was delivered to the university on June 1, 1965, and it was received by the County Recorder the following day. Demolition of this building began in late August or early September 1978.
