- The Athletic Maintenance Building is shown here as Herrick Archives Building PH 304. It is located at 2404 Fred Taylor Drive. The Building was never officially named by the Board of Trustees. Alternate names are noted as North Athletic Facility and Athletic Maintenance Facility. The building was constructed using a steel frame metal curtain wall skin. It was constructed as a maintenance facility to house athletic equipment, field equipment and materials to maintain the athletic facilities and grounds. The service area includes a service yard for the Athletic Department's motor vehicles. Architect: Wandel & Schnell Architects, Inc. General Contractor: M&P Construction.
