Bibbee House is recorded as Herrick Archives number 967. It was originally located at 182 West 10th Avenue until being moved to 118 West 10th Avenue on the Ohio State University campus. This building was not officially named by the Board of Trustees. It is carried on Campus Planning records as the May Lynas Bibbee Scholarship House. It was also referred to as Siebert Home, since this was for many years the home of Professor Wilbur H. Siebert. The property was purchased by the university on May 15, 1963. The property has been used by the university as a scholarship house for students in the School of Nursing. It replaces an earlier Bibbee Scholarship House on King Avenue. This building was demolished by July 16, 1976.
