- This work was designed to provide a place for communal music making outside of the The Recreation and Physical Activity Center (RPAC) on the Ohio State University campus. The individual components include African Djembe drums mounted on seats around an Earth drum played with the feet, Afro-Cuban Conga, Quinto and Tumba drums, and Sun Drums based on Brazilian and Indonesian archetypes. This work was created by Sonic Architecture in 2007 and was commissioned by the Ohio Percent for Art Program.
