- The hills in Cincinnati from downtown are framed by the high rise buildings to appear flat, concealing their true volumetric character. This performing arts center parallels that idea and offers continuous views through the sectional framing of space. Program appears as two dimensional, flat spaces until you move through the rooms and experience the space for what it really is.
