This was a student project by Drew Russell, Rachel Grass, Hyung-Suk Kim and Adam Stegman for Jesus Lara and Charles Cartwright's LARCH 457 course, Autumn 2007. Project statement: Community Reloaded focuses on reinserting important programs that allow communities to become sustainable. The project incorporates people and resources from Ohio State University and nearby communities to form a partnership that will economically and socially improve surrounding neighborhoods. The catalyst site will attract students, faculty and young professionals to live and work in a unified neighborhood. Included in the project are planning, partnership and investment concepts; a site land use master plan; several sections, elevations and enlargements; and a local and regional transportation scheme. This work is a part of the online collections of the Knowlton School of Architecture Student Archives, The Ohio State University.~root~>
