- Drackett Tower is Herrick Archives Number 189. It was named in memory of Harry R. Drackett. From its opening, the building served as a men's dormitory. Alternate names would be the North Dorms and Student Housing Building No. 12. Drackett Tower is located at 161 Curl Drive on The Ohio State University campus. The building is a reinforced concrete frame with brick exterior. The General Contractor was A. E.
