- Farm House 13 is shown here as Herrick Archives number 976 and is located at 1001 West Lane Avenue. These buildings were not officially named by the Board of Trustees. In addition to the house there were three outbuildings. The property was acquired by warranty deed executed January 16, 1948 by Mamie Dawson, Esther Shuster, Irene Stott, and William Salzgaber. All buildings were demolished during the first half of May 1984.
