Description
Farm House 14 is shown here as Herrick Archives number 975 and is located at 2078 North Star Avenue. This building was not officially named by the Board of Trustees. In addition to the house there were three outbuildings and a water tower. The house and the outbuildings were on the property when aqcuired. Title to the property passed to the University by deed executed March 18 1918 by Darius F. and Ella E. Hiatt. The house was demolished in January 1973.
