Description
Farm House 20 is shown here as Herrick Archives number 969 and is located at 2573 West Granville Road. This building was not officially named by the Board of Trustees. In addition to the house, the property included a barn and four other outbuildings. The buildings were on the property when acquired by the University. Title conveyed to University by deed executed May 10, 1956 by Mary E. Trees. The house was demolished during the week of March 13, 1973. As of 1980 no buildings remained on the site.
