- Gerlach Graduate Programs Building is Herrick Archives Builing Number PH250. Located at 2108 Neil Ave. Built on the site of the Fisher College of Business as part of Phase I. Other projects included in this project are Fisher Hall (249), Schoenbaum Hall (251), Mason Hall (252), Pfahl Hall (253), and Blackwell Inn (254). Gerlach Graduate Programs Building was included in Phase I of the Fisher College project. Architect: Karlsberger Comapany (Columbus, Ohio) The Board of Trustees officially name the building The John B. Gerlach Graduate Programs Building on May 2, 1997. Named for John B. Bernie Gerlach, Sr. who was a former Ohio State Foundation Board chair and prominent Columbus businessman.
