The Lacquer Paint House is Herrick Archives Number 138. It is located at 1314 Kinnear Road. This building was on the property when purchased by the University. Title was conveyed to the State of Ohio by special warranty deed executed May 13, 1954 by the Rockwell Manufacturing Co. This building was included in the Ohio State University Research Center facilities, and is part of the Kinnear Road Research Center (Herrick Archives Number 073).
