- The Lane Avenue Parking Garage is shown here as Herrick Archive Building Number PH 159. This building is located at 2105 Neil Ave north of the Fisher School of Business and adjacent to the Student Academic Services Building. It is nine stories with a gross floor area of 450,000 sq. ft. The garage will hold 1400 spaces for cars. This building has not been officially named by the Board of Trustees. The building was completed January 4, 2010 and the budget for the project was $30,870,347.
