- Norton House, named in honor of Fred W. Norton, Jr., is located at 2114 Neil Avenue. It is shown here as Herrick Archives Building Number 186. This dormitory was built as part of Student Housing Buildings 4, 5, and 6, and is part of the North Dorms. Plans and related documents were prepared by W.E. Linch, University Architect, and construction was completed in 1963. Norton House originally served as a women's dormitory.
