Capillary action depends on the availability of energy from the bottom up breaking the laws of gravity it pushes mass through stratification. This idea uses the principles of trickle-down economics and reverses the basic principles. Invigorating lower income citizens through, education, investment, and creativity in hope that they will rise through the lays of society and core introduce the middle class. Today the top 2 percent of the population holds 90 percent of personal wealth. Using the idea of co-housing to spur and innovate through the school and commercial zone people will in turn return their wealth back into the community raising the overall standard of living.
