Our project SHIFTING FIELDS is an investigation into how the notion of urban farming can transform what is currently a blighted and sporadically used urban space into a landscape that is productive, dynamic, and environmentally responsible. It challenges the notion of an eventscape as a vast void within the urban fabric to be activated only at distinct times, and instead, provides solutions to creating a lively and flexible environment that engages the community and can play host to a variety of events.
