- The Jesse Owens Recreation Center South is located at 175 West 11th Avenue on the Ohio State University campus. It is shown here as Herrick Archives Building Number 348. Plans and related documents were prepared by Sanborn, Steketee, Otis and Evans, Inc., and the general contractor was Payt Construction Company. The building opened for use on March 2, 1976.
