- The Swine Evaluation Station is Herrick Archives Number 148. It was located at 2485 W. Case Road (formerly 3485/3425 Case Road) on The Ohio State University campus. The architect was Howard Dwight Smith, and the general contractor was Legg & Davis. Units 1, 2, and 3 were completed in 1954. The first addition, unit 5, was completed in 1957, and the second addition, unit 4, was completed in 1958. units 6 and 7 were on the property when it was acquired, and were demolished in early July 1976 to make way for the Swine Evaluation Storage Shed (Herrick Archives Building 356).
