- T-Hangar 4 is Herrick Archives Building Number 901. This structure is located at 2160 W. Case Road. Construction of this building was authorized by the Board of Trustees under a lease-back arrangement. The land was leased to Diversified Municipal Services, Inc. of Lebanon, Indiana. The lessee constructed the building and leased it back to the University for a period of 25 years, at which time title to the building will pass to the University. The hangar was completed in early 1986.
