- The Smith Electrical Substation is located at 1960 Tuttle Park Place, on the Southwest corner of Ohio Stadium in the bend from Tuttle Park Place to 17th Avenue. The building is one story with basement having a gross floor area of 23,889 sq. ft .The date of completion was February 28, 2007 and the budget for the project was $14,253,505. The Board of Trustees officially named the building The Thomas B. Smith Electrical Substation on June 7, 2005.
