Description
Built above an existing underground parking garage, this five story collection of townhouses exhibits a unique system of interlocking floor plans. The first three floors consist of alternating five-story, "thin man" (18-feet-wide) homes and three-story, "fat man" (38-feet-wide) homes. The top two floors also alternate between two-story, "fat man" homes and the top two floors of the ground-level "thin man" homes. This strategic design is highly evident in the building facade, where carefully placed bay windows and balconies give clues to the arrangement of interior spaces.
