This project was completed by second year graduate students Jonathan Grubb, Carrie Moradi, Alexandra Ruiz, and Miles Suer for Kay Bea Jones' Autumn 2011 ARCH 844 class.
"Exposure fosters food education and production by creating dynamic spaces where Weinland Park community members cultivate gardens, food-based careers, and small businesses. The rooms in the building are designed for overlapping functions in an effort to expose it's users to growing, preparing, selling and serving fresh and healthy food, and ultimately gaining job training. Different functions are exposed at various points throughout the site, such as views of a bustling basketball game inside the community center while waiting for a table at the restaurant."
