Havis Amanda is a nude statue of a mermaid located atop a fountain in the Helsinki South Harbor Market Square. It was sculpted by Ville Vallgren, a Finnish sculptor and medalist, in 1906 in Paris, France but was not erected at at its current location in Helsinki until 1908.
