This is a two-family house, also known as Houses 14 and 15. It is adjacent to another Le Corbusier project, House 13, with which it shares a garden area and a garage. Houses 14 and 15, set on Bruckmannweg, were based on the Citrohan concept. Postwar problems (including budget) were solved by stuccoed brick and grass-covered roofs. The project exemplifies block massing as well as Le Corbusier's 5 points of architecture. It has been rennovated in 1983.
