The 35,000-square-foot building occupies a prominent position along one of Cincinnati's major surface streets and interstate highways and is located at a primary entrance to one of the city's parks. The building was designed by Cooper Carry Inc. A reinforced cast-in-place concrete frame supports the structural steel framing system of the roof. The central workspace is an open studio, daylit by clerestory lighting. Glass-walled perimeter offices flank the open studio. Other amenities include lounge spaces overlooking the lobby and an open-air roof terrace next to a glass-enclosed cafeteria.
