This project is a midrise mixed-use building consisting of eight loft-style units with an expressed structural steel frame, large operable overhead doors, commercial storefront windows, and concrete floors with corrugated metal decking at the ceilings. The building constructs an image of structural architecture, conveying a sense of economy, efficiency, discipline and order, essential characteristics of urban loft living.
