Description
Au Bon Marché is the oldest department store in Paris begun by Aristide Boucicaut in 1852. By 1872 Boucicaut was able to expand the Bon Marché store in rue de Babylone, using the designs of M.A. Laplanche. Boileau and Eiffel added to this store in 1876.
