Description
This brick and stucco residence was erected for banker Peter A. Beachy, who commissioned Wright to remodel the former Gothic cottage that existed on the current location. "At Emma Beachy's insistence, there are no art-glass windows in the house, rather, Wright provided casements with wood mullions...[and] the downspouts are hidden in vertical piers." --Cannon, P. F.
