Description
Located at 307 W 17th Ave it was built on the site of the Larkins Hall Replacement. It is five stories with a gross floor area of 163,165 sq. ft. The building was completed in 2007 and the budget for the project was $45,267,151. Other projects included are the McCorkle Aquatics Pavilion (PH247), Recreation & Physical Activities Center (PH 246), Neil Ave Parking Garage (in coordination with the Larkins Hall Replacement) (PH 287), and the Adventure Recreation Center (PH 211) satellite building on West Campus. This building is alternately called the PAES building but has not been officially named by the Board of Trustees.
