"Tree-like" - The vertical service core was the trunk, and all utilities were contained within this vertical shaft while the floors were cantilevered out of it. Original intention was to combine business offices, shops and apartments. An exhibition space, hotel and skyview restaurant have been added by the new owners: Price Tower Arts Center. The top eight floors make up the hotel.
