Union Station Place, the official name of the High Street Cap, is a mix of commercial, retail, restaurants and stores on the top of the bridge over I-670. It was designed to be a store reminiscent of the demolished Union Station train station near the site. People downtown can walk to the Short North on both sides of the road without realizing they are walking over a freeway.
